Deem awarded Avisell with $2,000 Amazon Web Services credits and a 2-hour mentoring session at this year’s Travel Tech Con (TTC).
From May 22-24, more than 200 attendees—including startups and developers—met in San Francisco to network and learn from innovators and esteemed companies in the travel industry through workshops and conferences. Twenty promising startups also competed in TTC’s pitch competition for the chance to win coveted prizes from eleven of TTC’s partners, including Deem.
Avisell, a startup that works with airlines to help travelers change or sell their tickets, is “solving a eeal problem,” said Gadi Bashvitz, Vice President and Group Leader of Car Service at Deem. “Their team is lean and experienced, there is a clear path to revenue, and their solution is a win-win-win: for the traveler, for the airline, and for Avisell,” he added.
