Deem Teamers unwind with epic ping pong championship

Yesterday, Deem Teamers were treated to a competitive afternoon of ping-pong and games to unwind at the end of a long work week. Beer, wine, soft drinks, and snacks were provided as they demonstrated their commitment to the “work hard, play hard” mantra. There was a strong field of players who came out to compete, but alas there can be only one champion.

As the fictional gladiator Maximus Decimus Meridius once famously said, “What we do in life echoes in eternity,” and that’s precisely what Srini Cherukuri had in mind when he laid waste to the competition and became a Deem ping pong legend. In many ways, ping pong mirrors the pursuit of excellence in the work environment. Healthy competition paired with a constant drive to strive for perfection. Check out some of the highlights below.

Oriol breaking it down with some robot dance moves while he plays.

Ashutosh sending jira tickets right back to the sender like his life depends on it.

Here’s to a great weekend! Play on.
